When a user is initially created, a new username and onetime password are assigned. Once the user signs onto the system, they will be prompted with an expired password message and they must enter a new password.
On Meditech, username and password are not case sensitive. Username can be typed with or without the dots, and it is made up of the letter of the facility where the user works, the job or speciality and the initials e.g. The user name for Caroline Riachy who is a nurse at the Wellington:
