Meditech is an american Health Care Information System (HCIS). It has 1900 customers worldwide. In the UK, it is used in some private hospitals namely all 6 HCA hospitals and the London Clinic, and accross 10 NHS trusts.

It is a fully integrated system. It designs and installs integrated information systems for healthcare enterprises, implements financial and clinical applications, and provides support for implementation and all future updates.

Integration is defined as the sharing of information throughout the health care organization in a timely fashion, eliminating redundant data entry, and ensuring accuracy among applications.
As a result, the various Meditech modules interact with each other.
